About Me: Professionals to Game Changers
A Chartered Accountant turned technology entrepreneur, I have helped transform many businesses across verticals, through effective use of information technology. In sync with the continuing maturity of Internet technology, I have promoted a few internet portals and service delivery platforms.
As a first generation entrepreneur, I have built many businesses from scratch, steering them from being a start-up to scaled enterprises. Amongst the businesses I founded, Prime Equity Research and Taxsmile turned out
to be most successful ventures. It may be a mere coincidence, but both of them serviced consumer needs using technology-enabled service delivery platform. My stint with Ambit-RSM was a turning point in my career; it
gave me the chance to work with some of the finest professionals and inspired me to build extra-ordinary teams and organisation. In a way, it paved the path to my destiny.
I am a dreamer… I can dream big, see it coming true and then work persistently to accomplish it. My passion
to excel and commitment to achieve are my real sources of energy, my drivers that keep me charged and
going. I can quickly identify opportunities, at times – a little too quickly, and can easily map technology to
address a problem or situation.
As with most entrepreneurs, I too have experienced the highs and lows and recognise that tough times don’t
last, tough people do. For any entrepreneur to succeed, I strongly believe it is important to have conviction in
one’s vision as well as a supportive and understanding family, both of which I am blessed with. While
investors “price” the value, it’s the entrepreneurs who “create” the value. And creating value through
legitimate means is my constant endeavour, my life pursuit.
